Time synchronization fails.

SUMMARY
The default firewall rules block access
to "dangerous" ports, which includes those used by time synchronization.
You need to reopen the necessary port.
DETAILS
Most time synchronization programs use NTP/SNTP (Network Time Protocol, or the Simple version
of the same protocol). In order to make this protocol work, you need to add a filter for
it in the firewall settings.
Add the following line under the section "[MANUAL UDP low REJECT]"
in the file "firewall.ini".
